Celery Juice: The Best Way to Start Your Day!

There are so many health benefits to starting your day off with a glass of fresh celery juice! Food is medicine and celery juice is one of my essential health tools for thriving with autoimmune conditions.

Wash a full bunch of celery, remove leaves and juice. Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Wait 15-30 min before eating or drinking anything else. Do not add ANYTHING to your celery juice! It is perfectly medicinal all by itself. Enjoy!
